I’m Brooke. I’m from New Zealand, and I’m a third year uni student studying Linguistics and English (and learning to speak Maori). I love words, names, etymology, writing, languages, netball, books, cryptic crosswords, Franz Josef, Green Wing, Monty Python, the Spice Girls, 10,000 Maniacs, Missy Higgins, Savage Garden, my friends, Trivial Pursuit, dogs, rambling, Johnny Depp, and commas. I used to blog my weird dreams on myspace (so weird that a friend jokes that I take LSD before I go to bed) but no-one reads stuff there, so there better be lots of people out there who want to read my blogs! *smiles*
